-Contact us to get RMA request form from UTEK.

-Submit your RMA request form.

-Once get the confirmation from UTEK, please ship it back to us.

-UTEK when receive the defective devices, will repair it in a short time.

-UTEK will test the devices to make sure the devices are in good condition, and then ship it back.
